Brief:

Whitson Conference & Events working alongside First Choice Conference & Events supplied a full Audio Visual Package for Questionmark for their European Users Conference held at the Marriott Heathrow Hotel in September 2008.

Whitson Conference & Events Team went in on the day of the event, and built a Full Set Backdrop & Stage, Large PA System, Projection Equipment and an impressive Lighting package.

Six Breakout rooms were supported also with Screens, Data Projectors & Laptops.

The event was fully Project Managed by WCE working closely with Questionmark to ensure the smooth running of the event.
