To transform the bland Monarch Suite into an Oscars set and scenery, presentation area for the awards presentations and a long catwalk stage to bring the entertainment to the audience.
Equipment based on an audience of 450 delegate’s cabaret style.
An Entertainment Package to match the theme of a Hollywood Oscars Night.
Whitson Conference & Events were given once again the tough ask to set-up and build the PalletFORCE Set, Stage, Audio, Lighting, Projection, Theming & Entertainment all within ONE day.
0600 – Whitson Conference & Events arrive at London Metropole
1500 – Finish Set-Up
1600 – Rehearsals
1800 – Room Completed
1930 – Delegates enter Hollywood ‘For a night at the Oscars’
0130 – Start De-Rig
0500 – Whitson Conference & Events Leave London Metropole
The event was a total success with delegates coming from all over the UK, the mixture of Entertainment, Theming and a Professional Audio Visual Production gave that glitz to the evening. Members have already started booking tickets for the 2008 event.
