To provide a Professional look to our Christmas Conference and to provide a great spectacle for our prestigious Awards throughout the day. Please transform the Kenilworth Suite into the Cambridge Health & Weight Plan room by covering the whole back wall and place large relay screens on the sides of the room. We also would like you to provide Pyrotechnics for our final award 'Slimmer of the Year 2007'
Equipment based on an audience of 450 delegate's Theatre style.
Whitson Conference & Events were given the tough ask of building the Cambridge Set, Stage, Audio, Lighting, Projection & Special Effects all within the space of 6 Hours. Rigging started at 0200 and was completed by 0800.
Full Pre-Event meeting was arranged where Whitson C&E were at the venue the evening before to run through PowerPoint, Video etc before the rehearsals, the following day. The presenters found this as a massive benefit and appreciated this support.
The event was a total success with delegates coming from all over the UK,the Professional Audio Visual Package gave that glitz to the day and the award winners were inspired.
Cambridge Health & Weight Plan have already booked Whitson Conference & Events for 2008 and we look forward to working with them for many of their events in the future.
